Pokemon Hall of Fame If you want to stay in the Hall of Fame, just beat Elite 4. 30 times without turning your games off. If you beat Elite 4, 100 times, you can get HM 06(blast). If you have this HM, you can go to the grass area in the side of Pallet Town. In the Pokemon Hall of Fame, you can trade a bad pokemon for a rare pokemon, like Pidgey for Mew.
