| YUSCN What does YUSCN stand for? It means Young Urhobo’s Social and Cultural network. What is YUSCN about? It's main aim is to network urhobo's and fellow nigerians world-wide, while serving as a forum for both Urhobo's and the rest of the world to learn about our rich cultural heritage, share ideas, party as well as contribute to our social and cultural development. Editor How to prepare Goat Stew Main Ingridients Cooked goat meat Dry pepper and Maggi cubes scotch bonnet peppers, tomatoes and 2 onions Vegetable Oil Firstly clean and season your goat meat with onions, maggi and salt.Boil till well done and preserve the meat stock. ground your tomatoes/onions/peppers into a paste with your blender/food processor. Cook some spoonfuls of vegetable oil in a stewing pot for about 5 mins, and then brown your onions(chopped) in the oil. Next add your meat minus meat stock to the oil and fry on a low heat. Once the meat is brown and dry, add your blended tomato sauce and stock. Sprinkle some dry pepper to spice up the sauce if you like your food hot! Allow to simmer untill you can get a nice ‘scent’ and serve with boiled rice and a side sald accompanied with a cool bottle of Odeku or Gulder. For dessert, slice up some watermelon or pineapple and serve. Belive me, this beats having to pay a fortune at some overpriced resturant for unsatisfying chicken feed.
