Truth usually has a way of burning down the very fabric of our current belief systems at a time in our lives when we think we are most stable in what we believe. If we are to experience true spiritual and intellectual growth, we must first come to realize that our belief systems were formed by spiritual, academic and political leaders who were taught by men and women who followed blind traditions, corrupted knowledge, mutilated theology and legends. Once we come to accept the fact that we must unlearn all false doctrine and traditions of men, the process of hearing, absorbing and embracing sound doctrine will meet with maximum results.



A building is only as strong as the foundation on which it stands. If the foundation is lop-sided then it is certain that the building that is erected thereon will be lop-sided. If the foundation is cracked or is laid on unstable ground, the edifice thereon will shift. The shifting of the foundation will cause the walls to crack. So no matter how much putty you use to fill in the cracks and no matter how many times you paint over the putty- filled cracks, the foundation will continue to shift causing further injury to the structure thereon.



The unadulterated truth will always serve as a constant, sound foundation. However, when the truth has been restructured to suit ones own schema, estimation and principles, it is no longer the truth. The truth at this stage has been converted into a convincing lie. As light and darkness cannot occupy the same space at the same time, the truth and the lie cannot be interwoven and still remain the truth. There are many truths wherein subtle lies have been injected. It is clear that historical men of power with ulterior motives deliberately altered the initial biblical script. Nevertheless, I know that the Holy Spirit of Truth, if sought with the whole heart, will guide the seeker into all truth (the whole truth and nothing but the truth).

In the bible it is written in Romans 3:4, “Let God be true, but every man a liar.” This article is about the name of our Creator, the Father and King of righteousness, and the name of the Messiah, the savior of the world. What would you say if I told you that God is not the name of the creator and that Jesus is not the name of the Messiah? What if I went even further and said that the names Jehovah and Adonai were also incorrect names of the Almighty One? Some of you would probably cringe at the thought of such declarations. Most of you would probably disagree and label me a heretic. Although it goes against some, most or everything you have learned, I will tell you nothing less than the truth, not the truth according to me, but the truth as it was originally meant to be.

I, therefore, challenge you to do something that we often time find so cumbersome to do. I challenge you to keep an open mind and a receiving heart to the Spirit of Truth. I further challenge you to prayerfully research this information thoroughly for yourselves. He or she that has an ear to hear the truth let him or her hear what the Spirit of Truth will say.

Contrary to popular, erroneous belief, it matters greatly what we call our Creator and his Anointed One. Today in other countries, the Creator is known by names in relation to geographical, cultural and religious diversities. The problem today is that there are so many religious leaders and lay members alike who are convinced that everything they have learned from the pulpit, Bible College, and theological seminary is as good as gold when in all actuality a significant portion of the gold that was given and received was, in fact, fools gold.

Some modern bibles that are used by church goers today are namely these: King James Version, New King James Version, Amplified Bible, Thompson Chain Reference, Spirit Filled Life Bible, Dake’s Annotated Reference, New International Version, etc. I am not knocking which bible anyone chooses to use. I simply wish to convey information of which you may not be aware.



If you open any modern bible in this day and time, you will find the names, Lord, God, Jehovah, and Jesus Christ when referring to the Creator and the Messiah. In the original Hebrew scrolls, the name, not titles and misnomers, of the Father was recorded therein. The Father revealed His sacred, Holy name to His servant Moses on Mt. Sinai when commissioning Moses with the task of delivering the Bene Yisrael (children of Israel) out of Egyptian bondage. In the book of Exodus 3:15 it is written, “God further said to Moses, ‘You are to tell the Yisraelites, Yahweh, the God of your ancestors, the God of Avraham (Abraham), the God of Yitzhak (Isaac), and the God of Yacov (Jacob), has sent me to you.’ This is my name for all time, and thus I am to be invoked for all generations to come.” (New Jerusalem Bible) The holy and sacred name of the Father is often represented by four letters (YHWH). The transliteration of the letters Y-H-W-H in the Hebrew language is Yod-He-Waw-He. Keep in mind that the Hebrew language, unlike the English language, is read from right to left. In the Greek language, the ineffable name of the Most High is known as the TETRAGRAMMATON. Tetra means four and grammaton means letter or code. The ancient Hebrew aleph beit (alphabet) contained no vowels. The reader of the Hebrew scrolls had to add his own vowel sounds as he read. There were, and are still, no “Js” in the Hebrew aleph beit.

The book entitled, “The History of Edom and Khazaria, written by Melchizedek Y. Lewis, a scholar of psychology, anthropology and theology wrote, “Our fathers worshipped the Creator according to His Holy name, Yahweh, not ‘god’ - a name derived from a German deity ‘gott’; and did not give honor to ‘Jesus’, a name derived from the Greek pagan deity Zeus, but to Yahshua meaning ‘Yah will Deliver/Save.”

Names do not change from language to language. Today, one can listen to a foreign broadcast and recognize certain names of domestic and foreign world leaders such as George W. Bush, Moshe Katsav, Fidel Castro and KIM Chong-il. No matter what country, radio or television staion on which these names are broadcasted, their names do not change. It would be an absolute insult if one were to attempt to convert the name of any foreign world leader into an English version of their name and expect them to gracefully answer to it as if it were their given name. The foundation of relationship building is learning a person's name and pronouncing it correctly. The fastest way to earn the respect and friendship of any foreigner is to show an interest in their culture and their language. This means that you must first call them by their given names in their native language; not a watered down Greek, Latin or English version of it.

Here in America my name is Lamonte. If I were to go to Asia, my name would be Lamonte. If I were to sojourn to Europe, my name would be Lamonte. If I were to travel the countries of West Africa, my name would still be Lamonte. Who gave man the authority to change the name of the King of Kings? It certainly was not the King of Kings.

Tim C. Leedom, a journalist, political scientist and religious researcher edited a book called, “The Book Your Church Doesn’t Want You To Read.” In this book he wrote, “Zeus: Greek form of Sanskrit Dyhaus pitar, ‘Father Heaven,’ probably linked with Babylonian myths of Zu the Storm-Bird, a thrower of thunderbolts. The Romans called him Jupiter, or Jove; the European Christians substituted Jesus for Zeus.” The name “Jesus” is nothing more than a derivative of the name of The Greek god, Zeus.



The Latin version of YHWH is JHVH, pronounced “Jehovah.” The name Jehovah is an erroneous hybrid that does the Creator no justice at all. It is a combination of the Tetragrammaton and the vowels used in the Hebrew word "Lord" (Adon). Jewish Rabbis and theologians of old misunderstood the third commandment, “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.” They sought to hide the true, sacred name of the Father by substituting it with Adonai (Heb. My Lord) lest anyone call the name aloud because of its sacredness and power. Adonai comes from the name of the pagan deity, Adonis, a Greek god of plants and flowers, symbolizing love, health, fertility, and the elements of earth. According to Greek mythology, Andonis was the result of incest. The Jews use the title "Adonai" in their ceremonies and rituals to avoid the utterance of the most powerful name of the creator. The Father told Moses that His name is Yahweh and that His children (worshippers) were to invoke Him by that name for all generations to come. The Creator is immutable. He never changed His name, nor did He condone such an act. Man changed His name out of fear and ignorance.



Let us take a closer look at the fallacious name "Jehovah". The suffix “hovah” is No. 1943 in Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary and literally means “ruin: mischief.” It is another form of No. 1942, havvah, which is translated “calamity, iniquity, mischievous (thing), naughtiness, noisome, perverse thing, very wickedness.” From this we can see that one who uses the name "Jehovah" is, unwittingly, calling on a mighty one that creates ruin, creates mischief, creates iniquity, creates naughtiness and creates perverse things. Although it is written in Yesha’yahu (Isaiah) 45:7, “..I create evil” this, my friend, is not the name of the Father and King of Righteousness. In the book of Yesha’yahu 52:6 it is written, “Therefore my people shall know my name.” If knowing and calling upon the name of the Father was not so important, then He would not have said, “…I will set him on high because he hath known my name…He shall call upon me, and I will answer him…” Psalm 91:15-16.

In the Greek translation of the OT known as the Septuagint (LXX), the name Joshua is rendered “Iasous” (pronounced: yay-zeus)= Jesus. Througout the translations of the bible, the original letter "Y" was replaced with the letter "I". The letter "I" was still pronounced with the "Y" sound, but was later replaced with the letter "J". Our English “J” is of recent origin, appearing in English only 500 years ago. "Jesus" was obviously called by another name that could not have contained the letter “J” for some 1500 years prior. Again, names do not change from language to language.

Why is “HALLELUYAH” (Heb. Praise you Yah) known as the highest praise? It is the Father’s name (YAH) that makes HalleluYAH the highest praise. Rememember, Yahshua came in His Father's name.

These facts are, by no means, new facts. They are old facts (truths) that have been suppressed and ignored by so-called theological authorities that are afraid to acknowledge and admit that they have been taught wrong and that they have been teaching erroneous theology to their parishioners. Sadly to say, most clergy do not know what the truth is concerning the name of the Most High. The only truth that is known is the enshrouded, insidious lie that has been perpetuated for centuries. The infallible, unimpeachable truth, therefore, has become some strange doctrine or heresy that has been ostracized by the incompliant, anticlimactic religiosity of Yahweh's elect...the church. It is written, "...because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause Yahweh shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a
lie..." 2Thessalonians 2:10b-11. It is also written, "The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner..." Matthew 21:42



The Savior even said Himself that He came in His Father’s name (Yah/Yahweh) John 5:43. Yahshua stated in John 12:28, “Father, glorify thy name.” In the same verse the Father answered Him and said, “I HAVE BOTH GLORIFIED IT, AND WILL GLORIFY IT AGAIN.” We are living in the dispensation of time when THE FATHER'S TRUE NAME WILL AGAIN BE GLORIFIED. Do you ever wonder why we do not see signs, wonders and miracles today as they were wrought in the time of Yahshua? Yahshua said, “…The works that I do IN MY FATHER'S NAME, they bear witness of me.” The Messiah also stated, “…My doctrine is not of mine, but His that sent me.” In other words, the words that Yahshua was speaking were the words of Yahweh. In John 17:6,11,26 Yahshua prays, “I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world…Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are…And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it.” Notice, if you will, that Yahshua asked that everyone be kept in the Father’s name(Yahweh). The oneness of the Father and the Son is manifested not only in Spirit and character, but also in the name - YAH. If it was important enough for the Son of the Most High to declare His Father’s true name, then surely those that follow Him should do the same.

Perhaps by having read this particular article some of you, like me years ago, may have come to realize that your spiritual foundation may be lop-sided or even cracked. My intent is to always tell the whole truth to all who will hear and consider the whole truth. It was the spirit of Antichrist that conspired to change the sacred and Holy name of the Creator, as well as the name of the Savior of the world. It is that same spirit that desires to cause the world, especially the remnant of the children of Yisrael, to believe that it does not matter what we call Him, just as long as we call Him. This is the SPIRIT OF ERROR that has waged psychological warfare against the church. It is highly essential that we come to realize that when one accepts the Elohim (Heb. Almighty One) of Yisrael, one must also come to know and call upon the name of Yisrael’s Elohim. In the book of Zakhariyahu (Zechariah) it is written, “He will call on my name and I shall answer him; I shall say, ‘He is my people,’ and he will say, ‘Yahweh is my God (Elohim).” (New Jerusalem Bible)

It is written in Yesha’yahu (Isaiah) 64:7, “There is no one to invoke your name, to rouse himself to hold fast to you…” It is also written, "I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name." (Revelation 3:8) I am fully convinced that because the Father knows the intentions of our hearts, He faithfully responds to the common erroneous names that believers tend to call Him. Although the names, that are used by most believers, may be incorrect, His grace is sufficient until we come into the knowledge of the truth. Once the truth is grasped and becomes apart of us, that is when we will experience the fullness of the Father and King of righteousness.

You can never truly know the Creator or the Messiah without knowing the power of His Holy Name; for the Father and the Son are One. It is written in Micah 4:5, “For all peoples go forward, each in the name of its god, while we go forward in the name of Yahweh, our Elohim (Mighty One).” (New Jerusalem Bible) My prayer is that you will hear the truth, know the truth, embrace and be reunited with the THE TRUTH THAT BECAME THE LIE.
