BIOGRAPHY IF SLIPKNOT: SliPKnoT, all from Iowa, began to recruit members for their band in the later half of 1995. After they had recurited their members they recorded their first album,"mate,feed,kill,repeat". Because the allbum was so great they met up with producer Ross Robinson, and went into Indo Ranch studios to record their second album entitled "SliPKnoT". now SliPKnoT is one of the biggest bands in the world. They have been on the road for a while promoting their album and were on 1999's OZZFEST bill. MEMBERS OF SLIPKNOT: #0: sid wilson, instrument: turntables #1: joey jordison, instrument: drums #2: paul gray, instrument: bass #3: chris fehn, instrument: percussion #4: jim root(formerly josh), instrument: guitar #5: craig jones, instrument: samples/media #6: shawn crahan(CRAZY MOTHER FUCKER)instrument: customised percussion #7: mic thompson, isntrument: guitar #8: corey taylot: vocals. corey is actually a pretty normal down to earth guy. the reason he is so crazy on stage while performing, is that his mask hurts like hell. coreys mask is made out of his real hair, he cut it off becaude it was too hard to keep putting it through the holes of his mask at the beginning of every show. ALL OF SLIPKNOTS MASKS ARE HOMEMADE!!!!! |
