The Crest of Kindness (Episode 21)

Magnamon and Chimeramon immediately gets into heavy combat, blasting each other with energy beams and punching and kicking into oblivion. The Digidestined confronts the Digimon Emperor and Wormmon, while persuading him that the Digital World is not a computer game and the Digimon are real and alive. Ken refuses to believe him and runs away. The base starts to collapse, so the Digimon digivolve and get out of there. Magnamon starts to lose power and Chimeramon captures him in SkullGreymon's hand. Wormmon tried to persuade Ken not to continue this fight, but Ken wouldn't listen. Wormmon kicks Ken into the sand and leads Devidramon to fight Chimeramon but of course doesn't win. Using his last ounce of energy, Wormmon gives himself up to power up Magnamon. Magnamon breaks free and uses his Magna Explosion to defeat Chimeramon. Ken still didn't admitted losing, but this time the Digidestined helped him snap out of it. Ken returns to a regular kid and walks away while Wormmon disappears.

Davis Cries Wolfman (Episode 22)

So Ken ain't the evil Digimon Emperor anymore. The Digidestined kids decided to go to the Digital World to build and repair the damaged territory that has been destroyed by the battles with Ken. Davis thinks that Kari likes T.K. because Patamon can digivolve into the Champion level. So Davis gets this crazy idea to fool Veemon to digivolve into a Champion by using a series of tricks. Then, a small avalanche chases them and hits Tortomon. Tortomon thinks Davis and Veemon hit him with boulders and chases them. Everybody else thinks they're kidding and doesn't help them. Tortomon traps them near a cliff and suddenly, Veemon digivolves into ExVeemon! ExVeemon uses consecutive attacks and throws Tortomon in the water. Davis and ExVeemon return to the others, but Kari still doesn't like him.

Genesis of Evil (Episode 23)

Oops! Sorry, no Digimon action and no digivolving! Anyway, Ken lies in bed while his parents worry that he'll never wake. Ken begins to think about his past when his older brother Sam was there. Ken's parents always seem to devote more attention to Sam than Ken, so Ken gets jealous and always wanted him to disappear. One day, Sam gets into an accident and does disappear but forever...So Ken stole the Digivice that Sam had and entered the Digital World via the e-mail's instructions and dipped the Digivice into darkness. In his real life, he got the attention that his brother got. However, now he feels sorry for the terrible things that he had done. He went to search for Wormmon and found Leafmon, the baby form of Wormmon, in Primary Village and fills his heart with kindness.

If I Had a Tail Hammer (Episode 24)

The Digidestined continues to clean up the mess in the Digital World, but Veemon could no longer digivolve into ExVeemon. T.K. and Kari also wanted to see if their Digimon could digivolve or not. T.K. wonders if the Control Spires are still active. Cody and Digmon are working inside the sewers when Thundermon attacked them. Digmon de-digivolves back to Armadillomon and then digivolves to Ankylomon, the Champion level of Armadillomon. A dark green Digimon just happens to come along and defeats Thundermon. Ken appears and the dark green Digimon de-digivolves into Wormmon and fall into Ken's arms.

Spirit Needle (Episode 25)

A strange witch-like woman taunts Ken about him failing to take over the Digital World. The woman casts a spell on some Control Spires and created Rockmon, who is commanded to destroyed the dam to flood the city below. The Digidestined arrived and the Digimon digivolved and attacked with full force, but didn't prove any use until Ken appears again and Stingmon helps the Digidestined, but this time even Stingmon wasn't powerful enough. Hawkmon digivolves into Aquillamon and joins in with Stingmon to defeat Rockmon. The witch woman leaves frustrated.

United We Stand (Episode 26)

The witch woman summoned another Digimon, Minotarumon, to challenged the Digidestined again, but the Digimon defeat it without any difficulty. Then Izzy report that explosions and appearing on the other side of the Digital World and the kids found out that the Digimon Emperor's base is blowing up. Then Davis gets this crazy idea of Ken replacing his crest of Kindness back to its rightful spot. The explosions conitnued, even worse, the witch woman created Okuwamon, an Ultimate Digimon, to attack the kids. Together, ExVeemon and Stingmon DNA digivolve to Paildramon and defeats Okuwamon.


Fusion Confusion (Episode 27)


While Paildramon holds off Okuwamon, the DigiDestined rush into the exploding base stop the destructive explosions. Davis and Ken work together to get to the center of the base where Ken climbs up and replaces his crest, but for some reason the explosions of the reactor continues! The DigiDestined work their way back to where they discover a reactor sketch on the darkness for a source of its energy. All looks bad when Paildramon destroys Okuwamon and bursts in to save the Digidestined. The kids escape and goes back to the real world. Izzy explains them on how DNA Digivolving works and why the old DigiDestined gave up their crests, but their Digimon can't digivolve to the Ultimate Level anymore.

The Insect Master's Trap (Episode 28)

The witch woman has grown way furious on the Digidestined and wants to exterminate them all at once. So she plans a trap at the GigaHouse and invites the Digidestined to come. The kids, knowing that it was a trap, came prepared to destroyed thee witch woman once and for all. The GigaHouse was enormous and make the Digidestined look like a bunch of ants. Davis, Ken and Cody entered the GigaHouse while Yolei, Kari and T.K. waited outside. As soon as they entered the place, they found it infested with Insectoid Digimon: Roachmon, Flymon, Snimon, etc. After a while, they found the witch woman playing a flute all by herself in a dark ventilation shaft. Armadillomon armor-digivolves to Digmon, but both Stingmon and Digmon are under the control of the witch woman. Why? Because the flute that she is playing only controls Insectoid Digimon. Digmon cracks the floor and Davis, Ken and Cody land on a web, where a Dokugumon is crawling towards them hungry.

Arukenimon's Tangled Web (Episode 29)

Davis, Ken and Cody desperately calls for help but the others are also being persuaded by Insectoid Digimon. Cody discovers an air condition and with Davis and Ken working together, they scored and blew Dokugumon away. ExVeemon holds off Stingmon and Digmon and finally goes back to Veemon. They hide themselves in a drawer, but Stingmon and Digmon are digging their way in. Cody asks Yolei to record the flute and invert the sounds to release the control of the Insectoid Digimon. Yolei and Kari work together to mix up the sounds and succeed in driving off the Digimon. Now the witch woman finally reveal her true form - Arukenimon! Paildramon, Pegasusmon, Nefertimon and Shurimon all try to stop Arukenimon, but she got away. The Digidestined used the household items to almost defeat when Mummymon came and rescued her.

Ultimate Anti-Hero (Episode 30)

The Digidestined and their Digimon continues to destroy more control spires, but Cody and Ken doesn't seem to get along very well. So Ken leaves the team to go on his own. Meanwhile Mummymon and Arukenimon plans on to make a Digimon powerful enough to defeat the Digidestined once and for all. So they plan on using 100 Control Spires to make a Digimon. The place was warping like crazy and when the Digidestined arrived, BlackWarGreymon was created. The Digimon tried to fight off, but weren't powerful enough after all. Yolei persuaded Ken to go back and help and slaps him to wake him up. BlackWarGreymon is a Mega Digimon and he won't even listen to Arukenimon because she is so weak to him.
