Clark Ester, died young Joseph Buskirk, or more properly Van Buskirk, a branch of Holland Van tree that flourished along the Hudson River. *This information was received from Lynn Rzepecki who listed the source as "This history of Huston Township, (Penfield, PA) area was given to Ruth DeSalve by a Prof. of a college in DuBois, PA. Ruth gave a copy to Orpha Conklin Showalter (Dau. of Delilah Evans and Barny Conklin), some 30 years ago (current yr. is 1997) so it must have been in the 1960's timeframe. Additional note: This info was sent to me (Lynn) via postal mail by a Bev. Carter> related to Delilah Evans and Barny Conklin, it also matches the story handed down thru my grandmother Pearl Edwards Cole, relating to the story of a Sir John Evans in our family.
