12 week Weight management Course
THE COURSE
Each week of your twelve week journey will consist of the following components:
1 Assessment / Consultation - 30 Minute Session
Class starts with an exclusive orientation and an individual assessment / consultation. Here is where we get to know you and your unique needs, set
goals, take measurements and photos, prepare and obtain class curriculum. Individual assessments will take place on Saturday Jan 7th between 10 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m.
2 Weekly Group Training Sessions - 60 Minute Sessions
You and your classmates will gather at our local private training facility for a results oriented, heart pumping, strength training fitness session. Here we will challenge our strength, agility and balance while adding lean muscle mass.
Classes are Monday's and Friday's at 5:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Starting January 9, 2006
1 Weekly Classroom Lesson- 45 Minute Session
One day each week we will gather for a 45 minute group classroom lesson. Class curriculum includes the following educational topics:
Week 1 - Basic Physiology
Week 2 - Digestion
Week 3 - Carbohydrates
Week 4 - Protein
Week 5 - Fat
Week 6 - Aerobic Exercise
Week 7 - Anaerobic Activity
Week 8 - Vitamins
Week 9 - Minerals
Week 10 - Weight Training
Week 11 - Stress
Week 12 - The Danger Zone
Expect to expand your education on health related topics with real life examples and practical application that you can use immediately.
Classes are held Saturday's at 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Starting January 14th, 2006
1 Weekly Cardio Session - 45 Minute Session
You and your classmates will gather at our local private training facility for a workout that will challenge and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Expect an exhilarating workout that will reap great rewards! Please bring a (HRM) Heart Rate Monitor.
Classes are held at 1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. immediately following classroom lecture. Starting January 14th, 2006

These publications will be your blueprints for building the foundation and framework for the healthiest you ever.
GRADUATION CEREMONY
A celebration is in order as you end the course and begin your healthy new lifestyle. Revel in your successful accomplishment as we dine and reflect on the past 12 weeks. The ceremonial dinner and a framed certificate of completion are included with the class. Graduation Ceremony is April 1st, the last day of class.
