8 Week Total Body Transformation Course THE COURSE Each week of your eight week journey will consist of the following components: 1 Assessment / Consultation - 30 Minute Session Class starts with an exclusive orientation and an individual assessment / consultation. Here is where we get to know you and your unique needs, set goals, take measurements and photos, prepare and obtain class curriculum. Individual assessments will take place on Saturday Jan 7th between 10 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 2 Weekly Group Training Sessions - 60 Minute Sessions You and your classmates will gather at our local private training facility for a results oriented, heart pumping, strength training fitness session. Here we will challenge our strength, agility and balance while adding lean muscle mass. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursday's at 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Starting January 9, 2006 1 Weekly Classroom Lesson- 45 Minute Session One day each week we will gather for a 20 minute group classroom lesson followed a 40 minute personal training session. Class curriculum includes the following educational topics: Week 1 - Strength training- Week 2 - Aerobic training Week 3 - Core Training Week 4 - General Nutrition Week 5 - Upper Body Toning & Muscle Building Week 6 - Lower Body toning & Muscle Building Week 7 - Supplementation and it’s purpose Week 8 - Maintaining your new physique Expect to expand your education on health related topics with real life examples and practical application that you can use immediately. 1 Weekly Weight Management - 45 Minute Session You and your classmates will gather at our local private training facility for a workout that will challenge and improve your nutrition and weight loss or overall better health. Classes are held Tuesdays 5:00 P.M. - 5:45 P.M. THE MATERIALS Enrollment in the 8 Week Boot Camp Course provides you with the following materials: 8 Week Daily Journal 1 Fit Ball 1 Portable Gym 12 One On One Personal Training Sessions GRADUATION CEREMONY A celebration is in order as you end the course and begin your healthy new lifestyle. Revel in your successful accomplishment as we dine and reflect on the past 8 weeks. The ceremonial dinner and a framed certificate of completion are included with the class. Graduation Ceremony is March 2nd, the last day of class. COURSE FEE: The course fee is $600.00 - To provide the best service possible we are limiting our class to 10 participants - don't delay - sign up today. Credit cards accepted. Classes are held Saturday's at 1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Starting January 14th, 2006 1 Weekly Cardio Session - 45 Minute Session You and your classmates will gather at our local private training facility for a workout that will challenge and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Expect an exhilarating workout that will reap great rewards! Please bring a (HRM) Heart Rate Monitor. Classes are held at 1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. immediately following classroom lecture. Starting January 14th, 2006 THE MATERIALS Enrollment in the 12 Week Weight Management Course provides you with the following materials: 12 Week Daily Journal Reference Manual/Course Material Nutrition / Menu Planning Software Cook Book These publications will be your blueprints for building the foundation and framework for the healthiest you ever.
