When your friend asks you to look after her pet dog whilst she went on holiday what do you say? a) Oh definitely! He’ll have everything he needs, don’t you worry. b) My dad is allergic to dogs, but thanks for thinking of me first anyway. c) Will he bite? d) I’m not sure that I have anything for him. I know someone who does though. e) I think I’m going off on holiday too! What’s your favourite film? a) My Dog Skip. b) Lion King. c) Stuart Little. d) My homemade one of the zoo. e) The Matrix. Pet rescue or another animal TV programme is on. Watch it? a) No. I don’t want to see little doggies die! b) Yes! That cute cat, Ginger was on last week. Maybe it will be on today! c) It depends. I’ll wait until it tells you what is going to be on today to see if any bunnies are on. d) Sure. If one of the animals die! e) I’ve got better things to do. Mum makes you a lovely chicken salad for dinner. a) Yum! I’ll eat half and keep the rest for my friends dog b) I’ll eat just the breast meat. No salad or bones for me thanks mum. c) NO WAY! I’m a veggie. I can’t eat an innocent little chicken. Yesterday it was running round the fields… d) I want that and that and that bit and… e) It’s a nice dinner mum. Smells great! What do you think is the feature of an animal? a) The sloppy tongue. b) The pretty eyes. c) The fluffy tail. d) The sharp teeth. e) Definitely not the backside! Mostly A’s: Doggie Devoted A dog would bring you so much pleasure, but remember. They need soooooo much exercise, but I’m sure that you know that. Mostly B’s: Cool Cats A cat it is for you then. Get yourself a kitten and see it grow into a cat. I’m sure you’ll give it those lovely early morning and late evening cuddles! Mostly C’s: Size doesn’t matter! If you really want a pet go for a small animal like a hamster or a rabbit. Remember the hutch or cage and save up to pay the extra groceries. Mostly D’s: Llama lover OK, maybe not the llama but definitely something strange, exotic or unusual. Something that nobody else has, maybe a snake or a donkey, but remember that those types of animals cost soooooo much so ask your parents first!!! Mostly E’s: No point You don’t need a pet. You are normal and you don’t need a friend to talk to. You’re doing fine independently. |
