Facials:
for a clean fresh look: combine 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber, 1 egg
white beaten, 1 tablespoon of sourcream, and 1 teaspoon of honey in a bowl.
stir until mixed well. smooth the mixture onto your face and lie down
for 20 mins, then rince with lukewarm water!
lemon face peel:
for normal to oily skin:
combine- the juice and grated rind of one lemon,
cover and let stand for 8 hours in a jar. After
8 hours put it all over your face for up to 15 minutes,
or until your face become dry. Rince and put a
moisturizer on overnight.
Zits:
lemon juice dries zits! just add some to a cotton swab and rub on your face*hint- don't leave on your face more than 10mins, it can dry your face out, then put a moisterizer on!
-most allergy drops take the redness out of your zits-
-clearasil vanishing cream under your powder/foundations works great at fighting your zits throughout the day-
- after using your regular face cleanser and rincing wiht warm water, go over
your face with an ice cube. this will close the pores and keep dirt from getting it and causing zits!
Hair:
if your hair is wavy or curly and you want straight hair, instead of chemically straightning your hair buy a steam straightner its much better and it works!
if your hair is dried try the instant oil and leave on 5 mins and try and leave a deep conditioner on your hair wrapped in towel for 30 mins!
-To get a perfect pony tail, (for medium-long hair) lay on your bed with your hair
hanging over the side and pull your hair into a pony tail, its much easier!
- if you have alot of frizzes and flyaways before you blow dry or after, you can add a small amount of lotion to your hair but not to much it will make it greasy..
Nails:
if you hate having to take off your nail polish when its really hard to take off all the time, first paint your nails with white nail polish and then your dark color its much easier to get off your nail polish afterwards!
-dipping your nails in a bowl of water and ice cudes after you finish them wiht nail
polish (at least 10 mins. after you applied the polish) will harden your nails
and keep the polish from chipping.
-adding nail polish thinner to your nail polish will help it go on easier and help dry your nails faster too!!
