when you get to the s.s.anne don't fight anyone and get cut.now fight someone and on purpose,lose.don't go back but beat the game up to koga.go back,use surf and surf to the right.you'll see a truck.use strength to push the truck.there will be a ball on the ground with mew in it.

play the pokeflute 3 times on the right side of mewtwo.fight him and he'll be a mewthree.
