Pokemon Snap is a brand new game for the Nintendo 64 that will let you take pictures of Pokemon. The game takes place in seven different areas of Pokemon Island. You travel in your Zero-One, a vehicle that can traverse land, sea, and air. With your 60-exposure camera, Pester Balls, Pokemon Flute, and Pokemon Food, you must find new ways to snap all of the Pokemon on the island. You can then save your pictures in Professor Oak's report.
After completing an area, you may select one picture of each Pokemon to show to Professor Oak. Your photos are then graded on size, pose, technique, and then number of Pokemon in the picture. There are also many hidden passages that will keep you coming back again and again. The game almost play like a puzzle game when you must find out how to snap the more elusive Pokemon.
A cool feature of Pokemon snap is the ability to print out the snapshots that you took in the game. Just get a portfolio of Pokemon and then take your game cart to any Blockbuster Video and print out a sheet of 16 pictures. The cost is $3.00 US, more in Canda. |
