A manual camera is the best choice for a person begining the art of photography. On a manual camera you may choose your own settings. If you put the camera on aperture priority mode, you can choose the shutter speed while the camera chooses the correct aperture to go along with it. If you were to put the camera on shutter priority mode, you would choose the aperture and the camera would choose the shutter speed. You must also manualy rewind the film by hand. There is also a place on the camera for you to set the correct ISO (film speed).
