Dice have actually existed since at least 2000 BC. Early dice accompanied a wide range of games and were also used for gambling as they are now. Dice have been made in a variety of shapes and sizes. In the past many were made of wood, bone or ivory but modern dice are usually made of plastic. For divination, two dice are used and thrown on behalf of the person asking the question. The dice must be thrown into a circle of somekind and if any of the two dice land outside the circle then they are not to be counted. Count the number of spots on the dice and then add them together consulting the answers which are listed below. If only one dice stays inside the circle and lands on the number one then the answer is 'yes'. If the dice says the number two then the answer is 'no'. If the dice lands on the number three then the questioner should take care. If the dice lands on the number four then you should be wise in your desicion and not rush into anything. If the dice says five then they are wishing you good luck. If the dice mands on six then it says 'of course'. If the dice lands on the number seven then it says 'have faith'. If the dice happens to land on the number eight it means that the person in question should be patient. If the dice lands on the number nine then it means 'certainly'. If the dice says then, they say that the answer is doubtful. If the dice lands on eleven then it means 'nonsense'. If the dice lands on the number twelve then the dice means that there is a chance. The dice may not prove very useful at first but remember that with all methods of fortune telling, practise really does make perfect. |
