This is my story. I am a single mother of 2 boys a 7 year old and a 12 year old. I know when you hear that you think that there is that same story that you here all the time but mine is a little diffrent. I am trying to raise my boys the best I can. I never claimed to be the best parent in the world I only do what I can. I was pregaunt with my seven year old when my husband and father of both my children died in a car accident. Every since then I have tried to struggle as a parent to give my 2 boys a decent life without a father. Everyday is a struggle and a challenge and I learn something new everyday. I wish I could say I have had the gracouis support of my own parents by my side, but unfortunatly my mother passed before she could even meet my two beautiful boys. So as you can see when I say Struggle I do. Recently my boys have just lost their last living grandparent from there fathers side and missed quite a bit of school... because on top of that we had 2 other deaths that were in the family and due to all the issues surrounding everything I have had many challenges with my boys and there schools. This is why I started this page.

The schools are my first thing I personally would like to discuss on this site to try to see if anyone believes in my beliefs. I understand that I as a parent have responsibilities to make sure my child gets to school everyday, although as a single parent working it is a struggle. Once we get our child to the schools wouldn't you hope (since the teachers are being paid) that we as parents could think that the teachers would atleast act as if they want to deal with our children. I understand that some children are handfuls as we all were as children. We all tried to push the limits see how far we could go. I feel that the reason why some act up and continue is because teachers gave up. How many real adults out there did something at school, passed notes, chewed gum, talked in class, didn't do your homework,ect. ect....And the teacher dealt with you!!!!! Everyday we all work to make a living sometimes we have good days sometimes we have bad. Does teachers feel that there jobs dont pertain to what was years ago. Dont we all have crappy customers or bosses do we deal with them (YES). If we want to get our check. How is it that now I see that the schools will send my kids to court for the same things our teachers dealt with years ago. What has happened to our world when NOW a child is treated like a crimmal for passing notes in school (and we pay more taxes for it) the same hypocrites(THE TEACHERS) that wont make them write sentences, serve detention before they send them to the principles office.Probly got there share of sentences and detentions too.. Come on teachers where is the since of wanting to work with children and make a change. I thought these kids were our future not future crimmals.

The goverment is my next thing I would like to disuss. I understand that some people believe in god others dont does that mean they can or cant practice. My point, The goverment is so involved telling us we can't punish our kids that now our kids can punish us. When did it become against the law to control your child. I have seen (not me) people go to jail for domestic voilence because there child decided that they were treated wrongly. NO MARKS NOTHING WAS DONE. The police took the childs word. Why because thats the world we have created. We have made it so children have power and parents hold little. What will happen to my son when I catch him doing Drugs. I know what would of happened to me.. I turned out just fine. Fine enough to raise these boys type this sight and even take care of myself WOW! I feel that as long as a parent doesn't overdue punishment that we should be aloud to spank our child. I also feel that if a child acts up in school as a parent if we had more ability we could spank our child right there. Think about that if your mom spanked you in front of your freinds would you talk back to a teacher NEVER! The goverment really needs to worry more about issues like our economey let me take care of my child. I am not saying abuse by any means there is a diffrence. You can Tell when a child is abused. Give me a break why would I fight to abuse My child. This is about getting our control back as parents no more kids with all the cards give them back to us.
