Since 1985 California Cemetery Brokers have helped hundreds of families save money on the high cost of cemetery property. Our memorial graves, mausoleum crypts and cremation niches come from folks who have moved away or have who inherited cemetery property or from people who have chosen other options, such as cremation and scattering. OUR SERVICE When we are called, we will meet the family at the cemetery of their choice and at a convienant time for them. We bring along all our files for that cemetery just in case we have to transfer property immediately for a pending funeral. Upon completion of the property sale we will direct the family to a cemetery representative for an appointment to finalize other needed services such as opening and closing of the burial site and or selection of vault or liner. We will also offer other money saving suggestions, information or referals as needed. Our goal and pledge to you as a state licenced and bonded brokerage is to provide a service that you can rely on. To save you money at a time when money is often in short supply and to ease as much as possible the hardship and confusion associated with the death of a loved one. As you scan our property listings you'll find that our discounts vary from cemetery to cemetery and range from about 30% to as much as 65% below cemetery prices. TERMS At time of immediate need, cemetery property must be paid for in full. We accept cash, money orders or personal checks. We will also accept Insurance assignments at an addtional cost of 10% of the purchase price. If insurance assignment option is used, please allow an additional 24 hours to proccess claim and for approval by the factoring company. To make a purchase of cemetery property on a before need bases, we will finance that purchase with a minimum of a 25% down payment of the purchase price and in house financing of up to 12 months at 12.5% A.P.R.
