I am very well aware that these are copyrighted images. I am NOT selling anybody's copyrighted materials. I have copyrights on my own designs, and I know all too well what it's like to be ripped off. I DO NOT ENJOY SELLING VIDEOS and DO NOT make a practice of it. If you have no videos to exchange with me and insist upon buying them, then my fee is $10.00 per tape (no matter how many pageants are on each tape.). This fee covers the cost of the blank tape, plus the Priority Mail shipping.
I take pride in shipping all tapes via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
If trading tapes, trading is done on a one-for-one basis. Therefore, if a pageant is on one tape, I expect one pageant per tape in return. Please DO NOT send multiple pageants per tape! This has caused me great consternation, because I send lovely quality tapes; one per tape, unless a client has specifically asked for a tape which holds multiple pageants on it. I shouldn't have to send out three pageants on three separate tapes, only to receive ONE tape in return, with THREE pageants on it. When I receive slipshod tapes like this, it aggravates me, because in more times than not, beginnings and endings of pageants are cut-off so the trader could cram as many pageants onto one tape as he could. I do not appreciate this.
I no longer can break down any tape I have which has more than one pageant on it. If a tape has two or three pageants on it, I ONLY CAN MAKE A COPY AS IS. It takes way too long to fast forward to a certain pageant, then run blank off off of the ending of the freshly duplicated one, in order to duplicate over anything else which was on the original tape. I'm sorry, but I recently made seven tapes of this nature and it took me an entire week to make these tapes, when, had I just been able to tape them as is, it only would have taken me one evening. I have far too many trades in the works to have to do this. I apologize for any inconvenience.
I have spent the better part of six years chasing people for months after I have shipped their tapes to them. I should not have to repeatedly e-mail somebody to see where their tapes are when they'd already received my tapes many months back. I have been gypped countless times and this is terribly unfair to me. I have spent an incredible amount of money, which I cannot afford to lose, on tapes and shipping charges, not to mention all the hours involved in duplicating these tapes for people who never followed through on their end of the bargain. I cannot imagine how people can take tapes from me and not send what they have agreed to send to me. It is their Karma, but has been very frustrating, nonetheless.
Therefore, I MUST receive your tapes FIRST before I send out any tapes ever again. I apologize it no longer can be done as an honor system, but I have lost countless tapes and money due to dishonest traders not obligating their commitment to me.
Rest assured, as soon as I receive your tapes, your order will be on its way to you. Please allow two-to-four weeks from the date you ship your tapes to me to receive yours in exchange. I have an excellent reputation within the trading field and I will keep in touch with you via e-mail.

If you are unwilling to follow these simple rules, please do not trade with me. I cannot be gypped by anybody else. The disappointment is too overwhelming, especially since EVERYBODY writes and says how much they love my tapes. I am a secretary and do not earn much. This is a non-profit organization. I started it because I know there is a need and desire for pageant tapes. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND ME YOUR LISTS, including a valid e-mail address. I will review your lists and contact everybody who writes to me.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! I personally check every tape before it leaves. I have had people duplicate them on their end, then try to return them and I cannot keep enduring practices of that nature.
