| Surviving "Code Excellence":
There was a plot in the world where being one’s best could not only have one penalized, but could be even dangerous to your health.
Mediocrity is what the brotherhoods of the inside world were stressing to such a degree that people were beginning to feel guilty if not afraid about
being "excellent" . There were even code beams that help diminish drive and the strive to be extraordinary.
Excellence was being harvested and reserved for a monarchy type rule where no one would be higher than the ruler in the inside and over worlds of the brotherhood or world of one. It was like those who could not measure up, found themselves with inside world clout and lobbied until they had enough people to agree that not being able to measure up will be the norm.
Good employees were being admonished for doing good work. Being a "marginal" employee or person was suppose to be a sigh of relief at least one was not being harassed for doing or being one’s best. For those who continued to be their very best, members of the inside code world would reward them with "code excellent" or "code imperfect". If one got enough of those, then bad things like problems in your life or job could possibly happen.
That the West, liberated from monarchs, would agree in the inside, fraternal/sorority world to curtsy to a tyrannical rulership shows that the brotherhoods/fraternities/sororities have been encroached upon by foriegn brotherhoods to such a degree that the free West was beginning to feel like it was being taken over by it’s enemies who did not care about human freedoms. Those flags waving from nearly every car and home were really silently screaming that something’s wrong with Uncle Sam’s citizen’s on the inside world-- the world of private affiliations.
But, thought is on the inside. If one feels that in one’s inside world, "behind the scenes" world that one is fettered by not being able to achieve extraordinary fetes even in ordinary life, then that is how the psyche begins to feel and that is what the physical world would have soon reflected if this intimidation about being excellent was allow to continue. Fortunately, people began to pull themselves out of code plays and started becoming even more excellent than they were before the phases in their brotherhoods/fraternities/sororities strangely began that demanded that now they must end not only their own excellence but the best of others too. That hazing would have been worse than murder.
