According to Federal Civil Rights Investigators at United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) in Los Angeles, California, HUD is being used as a den for international and local organized criminals. OIG, despite complaints from housing authority residents and HUD Federal employees who had monitoring records and vouchers as facts, stated in their 1998-1999 report that they found "no evidence" supporting these allegations. "End Thirty" and Freedom of the Press In 2003 Federal Civil Rights Investigator at HUD's Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity in Los Angeles alleged that there were crime rings within HUD/FHEO, Los Angeles for just about every finger and toe including double indemnity insurance, mail fraud and kidnapping rings. Aryan and Mafia plots to murder and maim and child molestation codes were also part of HUD's Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity working office files, Federal evidence shows. One Federal Civil Rights Investigator who is a investigative reporter in her spare time states that because she is known as a "writer/reporter" by her HUD/FHEO supervisors that her work station and office equipment were deliberately given a "30" as in "end thirty" or "-30-" the way a reporter finishes copy, for inventory code. This Federal Civil Rights Investigator/reporter complained to Department of Justice officials and the Federal Bureau of Investigation that she experiences attacks on her office report writing as a result of a expose' that she did in her investigativer journal about India's organized criminals in America and aboard.
