Hope all the other states in India will take this as an inspiration. We appreciate Andhra's Village Pro CM Apara Bhageerada Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and his team - ModernIndia Team * We should give less importance to Religion, Reservation and Region. We should give more importance to Development of Infrastructure particularly in villages, Administration using IT tools, and enforce involvement of the people in the system. * We missed almost all revolutions in the world history except initial agriculture and current internet revolution. We should work towards producing pure Indian software Companies as Japaneese did in electronics with Sony, Panasonic etc. * Human Resource is a big asset in the current world economy. So population can be utilised as human resource with practical education. * Cooperation should be there between all regions in the country. What is the importance in talking about competition between Bangalore and Hyderabad. This allowed foreigners to rule India with divide and conquer. Never again. The importance is to talk about complement between reforming Indian silicon valley (Bangalore - Hyderabad, Andhra) and reforming USA silicon Valley(SFO Bay Area- Austin,Texas). * We say India invented the Number System. But, we need to do the documentation of all of our achievements to let the world know about it. This will give motivation to young generations to invent more. * If Development is there, all other social evils like illiteracy, corruption, unemployment etc. will be eradicated automatically. * Do we lack of killer instinct people ? No , Not at all. We are in lack of constructive combinations of those killer instinct people. We know what Mr. Sam Pitroda did in communications technology with Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. And we know what Dr. Manmohan Singh did in economic reforms with Mr. P.V. Narsimha Rao. Currently we should know how IT expert Dr.Raj Reddy is helping Andhra Government in IT. Dr.Raj Reddy worked as technical advisor to US President. And also we should know how Dr. Abdul Kalam is helping Indian Government in Science and Technology. We need hundreds of these constructive combinations to make India , a super IT based economic power. * We should redefine the KARMA concept as Win-Win for Employee and Employer relationship in the work place. * We need to continue the trend of what Sycamore Networks, Exodus Communications, I2 technologies, Hotmail etc initiated in the technology companies build by Indians. * The challenge for Indians is to maintain proper balance between material prosperity and our own culture. * We should create identity for every person and make every person to be proud of Indian like social security system in USA. * We should create User Centric "Made in India" IT/Other products, Customer Centric Business models and people centric economic/other reforms in Modern India. * Personality Development course should be a Main Subject from 1st class onwards in all Indian schools. And also, By-Heart education should be limited to only required subjects and Analytical education has to be applied to all reasoning subjects. * We need to have knowledge based vision rather than just IT Vision. The knowledge areas are being : - IT related services such as call centers. - Remote accounts - Medical transcriptions - remote medical services - Research : Pharmacuticals & others because of India's cost & knowledge advantage - Design : Autos, engineering, electrical, HW- electronics, semiconductor because of India's cost & knowledge advantage So, any (Consulting) Knowledge related industry that is also (Skilled) labor intensive will benefit from being in an Indian location. . . . * Do you want to express your Opinion :
