Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble

Dixie Kong is back! This time she is on a quest to rescue the captured Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong. The game play and Advanced Computer Modeling (ACM) graphics just keep getting better. This is a visually stunning installment of one of the most popular video game series of all time.

Kiddy Kong, Dixie Kong's sidekick, makes his debut in this quest. Kiddy is a portly infant chimp with his own special abilities, like opening cracks in the floor with this enormous weight. Play as Dixie Kong or Kiddy Kong and take advantage of their unique abilities! Plus, Dixie and Kiddy can team up for some special moves. For instance, when Dixie throws Kiddy against a wall, Kiddy will bounce off and begin to roll so Dixie can hop on top of him and roll him like a barrel. You'll also find the familiar animal buddies Enguarde, Squawks and Squitter to help you, and you'll meet two new animal helpers: Ellie the Elephant and Parry the Parallel Bird.

Run, jump, spin and hop through 48 levels (plus tons of bonus levels) as you collect tremendous amounts of treasure, grab billions of bananas and find more secret stuff than you've ever seen (or not seen) as you set off on the greatest DKC adventure yet. The final showdown with KAOS takes place in a cliff-top laboratory at the End of the World. It could get seriously ugly. Monkey mayhem lives on in this exotic island adventure!

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

In the sequel to the immensely popular Donkey Kong Country, Diddy Kong gets the spotlight, along with his girlfriend, Dixie Kong: a heroic little monkey with a dangerous ponytail. The action starts on the shipwreck of the King K. Rool's Gangplank Galleon which has apparently broken up on a reef near the Kremlings' island. Diddy and his friends will have to work together to rescue Donkey Kong, exploring all the hidden areas of the Kremling's island: a spooky haunted forest, treacherous swamps, a giant bee hive oozing with sticky honey and lava-filled caves (just to name a few).

You'll meet Kong family members Wrinkly Kong and Swanky Kong in this sequel. Also, you'll be introduced to 4 new animal friends: Rattly the rattlesnake, Squitter the Spider, Clapper the seal and Glimmer the angler fish. You'll also get assistance from some of the animal friends from the original Donkey Kong Country, including Rambi the rhino and Enguarde the swordfish. Of course, you'll also face a ton of all-new enemies.

The action heats up a notch with improved Advanced Computer Modeling (ACM) for extremely detailed graphics — the characters even sport realistic hair. And the original, rockin' soundtrack will keep your toes tappin' as you help Diddy and Dixie save the day. This game has 47 action-packed levels, most of which have 2 hidden bonus areas. It will take a lot of practice and experimentation to find them all.

Donkey Kong Country

Donkey Kong Country is an incredible island adventure. This game was the first to feature Diddy Kong, who plays Donkey Kong's sidekick. Challenged by the crazed tribe of reptilian Kremlings, they endeavor to get back their stolen banana hoard! Armed with lightning-quick moves, chest-pounding muscle and awesome aerial acrobatics, the duo is ready to face their cunning adversaries.

Donkey Kong's quirky family offers assistance throughout the game. Besides Diddy Kong, you'll meet Funky Kong, Cranky Kong and Candy Kong. You'll also get help from some of DK's animal friends: Rambi the rhino, Expresso the ostrich, Enguarde the swordfish, Squawks the parrot, and Winky the frog. All of the animail friends have their own unique abilities. For example, Rambi the rhino is the only animal in the game that can break into hidden caves by just ramming into walls.

This game has over 30 levels, plus dozens of hidden caves and secret rooms--more than 100 areas in all. Breakthrough Advanced Computer Modeling (ACM) provides fully-rendered graphics that were once thought impossible on a 16-bit system.

DIXIE KONG RACING

Grrrroww! Wizpig sure picked the wrong island to try to take over! If he thinks he's fast, wait until he goes up against me and my friends! Even though we'll have to race against each other before we get to face Wizpig, you won't hear us complaining. We all want a piece of the pig! Still, I have to hand it to ol' Wizzy-- he has dreamed up a wild racing adventure for us!

These Gold Balloons are the key to the adventure. Winning first place on a track will win one Gold Balloon. Gold Balloons can also be found scattered throughout the island. Earning Gold Balloons will allow us to open the many doors that Wizpig has used to seal parts of the island.

There are several kinds of races that we'll have to win if we want to be the one to face Wizpig.
GOLD BALLOON RACE
The first run through each circuit is for a Gold Balloon. Winning Gold Balloons will allow you to open yet more circuits on the island. Explore the main part of the island and you might find some balloons that you can take without winning a race.

BOSS CHALLENGE
Once you complete all the Gold Balloon Races in a given world, you'll be able to race against a hypnotized island inhabitant that Wizpig has turned into a racing zombie. Tricky, Bubbler and the rest used to be our buddies, but now they work for Wizpig. It's up to you to beat them in a race and restore their sanity.
SILVER COIN CHALLENGE
After you win all of the Gold Balloon races and beat the boss, you'll have to conquer all of the courses again in the Silver Coin Challenge Circuit. Although the course layouts don't change, in this circuit, you'll have to collect eight Silver Coins and come in first place to win. Of course, the Silver Coins aren't always conveniently placed to make it easy to win the race -- what would be the fun in that?

BOSS REMATCH
Finish the Silver Coin Challenge Circuit, and you'll have to go up against the boss of the world again! This time, he'll be even faster and wilier than before. Beat him the second time, and you'll earn a piece of the Wizpig Amulet. When the amulet is complete, you'll be able to go up against the whole hog!

TAJ'S CHALLENGE
Taj doesn't want to be left out of the festivities. At certain points in your adventure, he'll challenge you to a race around Timber's Island in one of the three different vehicles. Win these races and you'll get yet another Gold Balloon.

TROPHY RACE
After you beat the boss for the second time, you can then enter the Trophy Race. This race will challenge you to go through all the races in a circuit in a Grand Prix format. You'll be awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze trophy depending on how many points you have after all the races. Collect all the Gold Trophies and beat Wizpig to go to Future Fun Land.

T.T. CHALLENGE
The Gold Keys to the doors of the T.T. Challenges are hidden in courses across the island. Conquer the challenge inside each one, and you'll get another piece of the T.T. Amulet. Complete this amulet and you'll qualify to compete in the ultimate race!

TIME TRIAL
If you bump into T.T. in the lobby during the Adventure mode, he'll turn on the Time Trial mode. Your goal is to get the best time possible on a course. If you achieve a certain time on a course, you can go up against T.T. himself. Beat T.T. on every course, and who knows what might happen?

GAME BOY

------------------------------------------------------------

Donkey Kong Land

Nintendo's simian sensations made their Game Boy debut in this classic adventure. The developers used the same Advanced Computer Modeling (ACM) techniques from the Super NES game Donkey Kong Country, but the games themselves are uniquely different. Donkey Kong has new friends and enemies, and the thirty levels and forty hidden areas are completely different. These include flying pigs, a mole and a ram, and tornados that you can hop onto and ride. Rambi the rhino and Expresso the ostrich will help you in some areas against enemies bees and Kremlings.

This game is one wild ride all the way to the villainous King K. Rool in the Big Ape City. Donkey Kong and Diddy must battle across jungles, snow-covered mountains, coral reefs, ancient temples and creaky pirate ships. As you play, you'll be able to jump, run, swim, roll, pick up barrels and throw them and switch between Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. Obstacles and enemies abound, but Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong have the tools necessary for success. And, of course, there's a slew of bananas to collect as you journey through the levels.

As the first of three Donkey Kong Land games for the Game Boy, this game remains one of the most advanced Game Boy games ever. In fact, it was the first Game Boy game to use ACM. If you're a fan of Donkey Kong Country, you'll love the portability of this quest.

Donkey Kong Land 2: Diddy's Kong Quest

In the second-installment of this superb series, you wage battle against Kaptain K. Rool and his vast army of Kremlings. The incredible Advanced Computer Modeling (ACM) graphics in this game have been specially optimized for the Game Boy. If you play this game with the Super Game Boy accessory for the Super NES, you'll have access to specially-selected color palettes and custom border graphics.

As the story begins, K. Rool kidnaped Donkey Kong and he's demanding the entire Banana Hoard as ransom. It's up to Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong to rescue their kidnaped pal. A wild assortment of friendly animals like Rambi the Rhino, Squitter the Spider, Squawks the Parrot, Rattly the Rattlesnake and Enguarde the Swordfish help the two little monkeys in their adventurous mission through over 40 levels. Each exciting area is filled with special traps, hidden items and dastardly Kremlings.

People who have played Donkey Kong Country 2 on the Super NES will recognize many of the elements of this game. For example, Diddy Kong can do his signature cartwheel and Dixie Kong can do her helicopter hair spin. And, you'll need to collect Kremcoins to be able to get past Klubba's Kiosk and on to the Lost World. But, unlike its Super NES counterpart you are not able to have one character throw the other, and it's only a one-player game. Of course, you can always pause the game and hand it to a friend if you want some two-player fun.

Donkey Kong Land III

You've never seen a Donkey Kong game like this before! There are surprises galore as Dixie Kong and Kiddie Kong journey through brand new levels in search of the Lost City. Dozens of all-new friends will help them out, while new enemies menace the duo every step of the way!

Of course, it wouldn't be a Donkey Kong adventure without the evil King K. Rool and his army of Kremlings making big-time trouble. Favorite friends from previous Donkey Kong adventures return, too!

All the action is rendered in gorgeous Advanced Computer Modeling graphics. Packed with secret areas and power-ups, Donkey Kong Land III will challenge even the most experienced player.
