Goblins, by nature, are greedy little gits who will do anything to get their hands on anything that glitters, gleams, or generally looks pretty and makes other goblins jealous. So it is easy to imagine their responce when they heard about the hidden treasures of Mordheim.
Hundreds, upon hundreds, poured out of the mountains and forests and headed for Mordheim, each one intent on carving out a name for himself. Soon green-skin warbands were popping up all over the place. Unfortunately, due to their greedy nature, these warbands were only temporary, at best. After a while, the green eyed (not skinned, mind) monster would rear it's ugly head and the goblins would go their separate ways.
Those that did stick together eventually became quite successful as their small size and preternatural sneakiness made them experts at ambushing larger warbands, and some of Mordheim's best burglars.
GOBLIN SPECIAL RULES
All Goblins are subject to the following special rules.
Greedy Little Gits. Goblins are naturally greedy and loathe to give away anything they can get their hands onto. Half - rounding up - of all income (see above) earned by a Goblin is kept by that Goblin and not put into the party's pool of income. The income kept by the Goblin may be used to buy equipment for that Goblin ONLY.
Who's Da Boss? Goblin Warbands do not have leaders like other warbands. Instead the model with the best equipment and the most money is appointed the leader. This means the leader can change from game to game. Before each battle add up the cost of each model's equipment and their income. The Goblin with the highest total is the leader for that battle. If two or more Goblins have the same score choose one of them to be the leader.
CHOICE OF WARRIORS
A Goblin warband must include a minimum of 5 model. You have 500 Coin Squigs to recruit your warband. Maximum number in the warband is 15.
Goblin Warriors..........15 Coin Squigs to recruit
Goblin warriors form the majority of all Goblin warbands and are armed with a variety of hand weapons.

Goblin Arrer Boyz..........15 Coin Squigs to recruit
Goblin Arrer boyz are Goblins that would rather hold back from close combat favouring a bow to a sword. You may never have more Arrer boyz than warriors in a warband.

GOBLIN MERCHANT CARAVAN WARBANDS
Not all of the Goblins that arrived in Mordheim were self-centered warriors. A few Goblin Merchants, upon hearing stories of untold riches, piled into their caravans, along with their henchmen, and headed to the city.

A Goblin Merchant is always the leader of a Merchant Caravan warband. Although he is weak in combat he is extremely cunning and manages to hold the warband together.

SPECIAL RULES
Yes Boss. Snotlings always use the Leadership of their Slaver when making any tests. If their Slaver is killed they use a proxy Leadership of 5+1 for every Snotling over 5 in the group.

DOG HANDLER

Dog handlers are rare individuals in the city of the damned as dogs don't tend to survive for very long in the tainted city. Unfortunately for the dogs there are always more handlers willing to try to make some money out of a bad situation.
Hiring cost: 60 gold +50GC upkeep
Hired by: anyone except skaven.
Rating: the dog handler adds +23 to the gang rating plus one for each xp he gains.

Equipment: sling, spear and leather armour and three dogs
Special: The handler may never have more than three dogs, but if any die then he may be bought more up to the three. These extra dogs never count towards the max allowance for models in your warband.
The dogs will never gain any xp
The dogs may use the handler's LD if they are within 6" of him.
