Patrick Billiards is a weird young child. He has a voice like he just sucked in helium, and his braces don't help in the slightest. He looks kind of like a duck. With braces. He can't fit his lips over those damn braces (which is why he looks like a duck) so he just sticks his lips out. His dog has bitten up his shoes, so he bit hisdog back. Some would call him retarded, and they are perfectly correct. Retard-ando is a perfect name for this strange Billiards boy. His family is nice!
