Santee Lakes - 7 small lakes

Located just west of the town of Santee, just 15 minutes from San Diego.
General Information:
This is a great year-round fishing for the whole family. With 7 lakes situated in a narrow valley, these lakes contain trout, catfish, bluegill and bass. Campgrounds are available, some are even lakeside. No boats are allowed on lakes 2-7, canoes and paddle boats are allowed on lake 5. Facilities include a general store, laundromat and playground.
