I can remember the last time I saw you
As soon as our eyes met, we held one another
Your chest pulsed nervously
With every beat of your heart
The heart that touched everyone you met
I can remember your smile
Your lips spread wide across your beautiful face
Your eyes glistening, sparkling
So full of shimmer and life
Yet that life, that breath of happiness
Faded, didnt leave altogether
But faded into the wind
The wind that once blew through your hair
Yet still does because youre there
You walk on the wind now, instead of the earth
Dancing through each breeze
Your words are the laughter among people now
The sounds of each tree rustling, and shaking its leaves
A tear for every kiss,
For every hug,
For every good-bye
Yet this is our last good-bye, we dont have to say it anymore
Remember each Fourth of July
Each Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthday
Most of all, Remember Us
Well never forget You
