Pokémon Yellow/Blue/Red are three gameboy games that were released in Japan in 1995 and is still as popular as ever. Pokémon is a Role Playing Game with a bit of a twist. You don't fight yourself, you fight using trained Pokémon. Using the link cable you can challenge another player and trade Pokémon. In the beginning of the game, Prof. Oak lets you choose from three Pokemon: Squirlte, Charmander, or Bulbasaur. He also gives you a PokéDex, an encyclopedia of Pokémon he wants you to help complete. Your mission is to battle your way through the large world and catch as many Pokémon as possible. There are 150 Pokémon, so you have a lot of work ahead of you. Many trainers and Team Rocket will try to slow you down along the way, as well as your long time rival, Gary. |
