Therefore, several package options have been designed so that all business, large and small, can be involved and benefit from this service. Below is the explaination of all the packages available. We are sure that you will find one that meets your particular needs.
 Listing- This is our basic package. It includes your company name, address, and telephone number in a handy resouce guide that is given to the newcomer. You may also included a coupon from your business offering a discount or free item during their first visit or contact with you business. We strongly recommend the use of coupons to encourage the newcomer to visit your store or try out your service. It is also an excellent way for you to track the effectiveness of this service in increasing your customer base. As a participant in the welcoming service you will also receive, on a quarterly basis, a complete list of names and addresses of all deliveries made to newcomers by Heart of Hobart. You may included this information for future mailings, promotions and sales or simply to welcome the newcomer yourself.
 Educate and Inform- This package is perfect for companies that provide more than one service. This package includes the Listing (above) and is intended to educate and inform with your brouchures and other promotional information. We will use Strak & Van Til Mega Mart as an example. Strack & Van Til is primarily a grocery store but they also offer banking services, catering, video rentals, a pharmacy, floral dept. and film developing. The Educate and Inform Package provides them the opportunity to promote all of the services they offer and can provide the same flexiblity for your business also. You may also change and update the information in the packet, at any time, to include any upcoming sales, promotions or monthly newsletters.
 Promotional Gift- Our most popular package! This package includes the above mentioned packages and presentation of promotional gift from your business in the welcome basket. Newcomers love receiving free items for their new home and your gift will be in their home long after they have settled in reminding them of your service or business.
 Sponsorship- This package provides your business with the most exposure and is an excellent way to gain new customers. This package includes all of the above packages and spotlights your business with a verbal explanation and promotion of your services. A 2-3 minute verbal promotion is shared with the newcomer based on the information you have provide to us. It is like having you very own spokesperson going into each newcomers home and promoting your business.
