Release: February 4, 2000 in Japan.
Evil Energy: It is a special kind of energy, so you can only have 4 in your deck. (like Double Colorless Energy) If you attack with a pokemon with this energy on it, it does 10 extra damage. If you put this card on a evil type, or a "bad" type (Team Rocket expansion), when this card attacks and hits a pokemon, it does 10 damage every turn during the pokemon check (poison, but cards that cant be hit with poison can be hit with this and a full heal cant heal it)
Steel Energy: It is a special kind of energy, so you can only have 4 in your deck (like Double Colorless Energy). When a pokemon with this card on it gets hurt by your opponents pokemon, it does 10 less damage. If you put this on a steel type pokemon, the retreat cost of pokemon increase (Probably by 1)
Baby Pokemon (Pre-evolutions): As long as this pokemon is in play, every time your opponent attacks, he must flip a coin. If it is heads, the attack does nothing. Baby pokemon do not have weaknesses. Baby pokemon cannot be affected by status effects.
Boosters: 1 holographic, 1 rare, 3 uncommon, 5 common
Starters: Energy cards, 5 of each of the 6 types, 2 rare-holo, 2 rare, 6 uncommon, 20 common, 20 damage counters, 2 markers (status effect), coin of Lugia, and a handbook. This is what's planned, and there might be some changes.
