The Golden Scroll Schoolpaper was started or was founded in 2000 headed by Mrs. Haide S. Canaveral together with the Grade VI, Section 1 students as the staff. In 2004, the paper garnered awards in the Division Press Conference and was proclaimed over-all champion headed by their Editor-In-Chief, Ghodlene Pearl T. Tabasa and was under the supervision of Mrs. Haide S. Canaveral. In the 2005 Regional Press Conference held at Danao City, Cebu the staffers garnered awards as well. Such as 1st Runner-up, Editorial Writing, Ghodlene Pearl T. Tabasa and 5th Runner-up, Radio Broadcasting, Selected Grade VI & V staffers. As of now they are leaded by their new Editor-In-Chief, Ron Jacob A. Calumpang.

The present staff is headed by their new Editor-In-Chief, Ron Jacob A. Calumpang and is supervised by Mrs. Haide S. Canaveral. There are two categories. The English & Filipino Categories. There are six minor categories in the major categories namely; Newswriting, Sportswriting, Editorial Writing, Copyreading & Headline Writing, Editorial Cartoon and Photojournalism. The Editor- In-Chief of the English category is Ron Jacob A. Calumpang and in the Editor-In-Chief in the Filipino Category is Abigail S. Cabonita. The Associate Editors are; Kimberley T. Orcullo, Maria Katrina M. Cornelio, Louella Jean A. Rosales & Mary Grace Salimbagat. Both in the English and Filipino Categories respectively.

The Future plans of the staff is to improve its publications every twice a year. This is also one way of helping the school acheive its prime goal. To give children the best education they need.
