I had cruised aboard the Star Princess in 2002 when she was brand new and I enjoyed her then and I expected to enjoy her again on a 14-night transatlantic voyage from Fort Lauderdale to Copenhagen. The ship has been consistently give high marks in various reviews and there was no reason to hesitate in embarking in a crossing to northern Europe in the month of May.
I flew into Miami a few days early to enjoy the area's many attractions such as the beaches and recreation areas.
