Family Services was supposed to service well the families of Ontario. It seems that families of Ontario are servicing the budget of family services. What are the problems with CFSA? We will take a look at some of them and provide helpful ideas and tips to assist families in the continuing battle with the CAS. |

It is important that you don't sign anything, regardless who is tring to force you into signing. The CAS claims that they only want to talk to people to detirmine the risks but that is clearly what they are not doing. The United Nations states that when a person is forced into giving up there right to privacy that it is to be considered violence against that person. This offence is punishable by a fine and/or prison sentence. If you have been forced into signing form 14s contact either the Ontario human rights comission or the United Nations and file a written complaint. |

We all know of that one child who could use some help but is not getting it. Why?
Maybe its because the CAS is too busy with cases that don't warrent the attention it os getting. Is this what CFSA is about, I mean we can find a missing car in 24 hours but a missing child maybe never found. |
