I love dogs and wolves. My background is such, but this site is not just for that. This site does not have a specific topic, but really just a few different topics. Just because you don't like dogs or wolves, doesn't mean you can't come to this website. We post other things, like favorite down time activities, and I have polls to enter as well. I do realize I said that I had time on my hands, but I probably will not be able to update that often. I will probably have many new polls quite often, but other than that, I do not know if I will be on very much. Before I go any farther, I would like to tell you who is writing this site. I, Nora, am writing this site, but I am getting some of my ideas from many things my friends and family do or say. I live in Nebraska, right in the heartland of Nebraska, and love every minute of it. I have lived here all of my life. It was not until last year when I went to Washington D.C. on vacation, that I have ever been out of the "Louisiana Purchase" area. It was a great adventure for me, and I would do it all over again if I could. Anyways, I am going into 9th grade for the 2005-2006 school year. Now that you know a little bit about me, let me tell you about my family. I have a mom, a dad, two sisters, a dog, a cat, a bird, and 10 fish. Yes, many people do not consider animals part of the family, but I, weird as I am, do, and it is that that has led me to create this site. A few of my favorite animals are listed below. Also, I would like to tell you that I do not know these animals personally. I would like to thank google, and the people that put their pictures up on google. I would also like to thank the other websites that also helped me get these pictures. First of all, my favorite animals are dogs and wolves, so the pictures explain. Specifically, my favorite breeds of dogs are Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, and German Shepherds (I have one). I have loved wolves ever since I was 3 years old, and back then I knew because I watched the movie Balto over and over. I have a large wolf picture hanging in my bedroom, and look at it everyday. My shelves are cluttered with wolf and dog figurines, and plastic toys/collectibles from fast food resturaunts all over Nebraska. My life-long dreams are to become a Veterinarian and/or a wildlife specialist.
