Needle shaped beta Al(Fe-mn) Si should not be larger than 0.5mm Quality Inspection : A simile anaylse will be made immediately after receipt of the delivery. With perfect result, the metal will be released for production. Weight : The weight of the mussles should be 6-7 kg. Option should be co-ordinated. The Total weight of the delivery will be checked. Stack weight should be listed separately and have an amount of upto 500kg. Metal Marks : Al 158 - red/green Al 226 - blue Al 230 - red Al 231 - yellow Al 239 - green Al 260 - white Al 331 - dark-brown Al 349 = black Mill certificate / Analyze : Required for each charge. Packing : The steel tapes which had been used sofar have to replaced by aluminium tapes, the reason is waste problem with steel tapes. The aluminium tapes might be melted(Steel taps not accepted for packing) Only Aluminium Stands/Skids are permitted.
