She is the Sailor Scout of the planet Jupiter and
the Princess of Jupiter, her home planet. She is very physically strong and displays a
lot of ambition when she feels that she needs to. She trains in multiple forms of karate
which she is very dedicated to. Lita, however, isn't as successful in her academics like
Serena. Despite that fact, Serena, Raye, Amy, and Mina still look up to her because of
her tremendous abilities and friendship. When in her Senshi form, Sailor Jupiter, she
is "ultra-active" and wants to destroy the enemy as fast and as painfully as she possibly
can. Her confidence and sheer strength to win carries her through most battles Jupiter
encounters.
The first time anyone meets up with Lita is in the 1st SailorMoon season in the battles
against the NegaVerse/Dark Kingdom. Serena and Molly are walking around their school when
they spot a new student, sitting under a tree, all alone. Then, Melvin runs up to Serena
and Molly and tells them the "violent" reputation the "new girl" had from her previous
school which caused her expulsion from there. Serena doesn't take heart to what Melvin is
saying, so Serena decides to make friends with the new girl. Serena and Lita become very
fast and good friends. Serena soon learns that Lita compares every cute guy she sees with
her old boyfreind. In that same episode, Lita makes quick enemies with NegaVerse general,
Zoisite who is after a Rainbow Crystal a boy named "Gamemaster Joe" conatins within him.
Once Joe gets his Rainbow Crystal taken from him by Zoisite, he transforms into a Shadow
Warrior one of the NegaVerse's 7 strongest warriors from the conquest of the Silver
Millenium. Lita tries to fight Zoisite, but Zoisite is too strong for her. Luna sees that
Lita holds great gifts and powers within her and graces Lita with the transformation
brooch for the 4th Senshi, Sailor Jupiter. Once Lita transforms, she makes quick work of
the enemy with Sailor Moon healing "Gamemaster Joe" at the end.
Along with Raye, Lita is realized to be one of Serena's best and truest friends sharing a
bond with her that none of the other girls can duplicate. Lita would be more than willing
to sacrifice herself for her dear friend and Princess of the Moon, Serena. This is proven
when the 5 Inner Senshi make it to the northern latitudes of Earth to battle Queen Beryl
and the NegaVerse and Sailor Jupiter is the 1st of the Senshi to be killed by the Doom
and Gloom girls. Once captured, Sailor Jupiter urges Sailor Moon and the others to
continue on without her and defeat the evil Queen Beryl. With that final speech, Jupiter
gives the Doom and Gloom girls a mighty blast of her energy whose relfective blast ends
up killing Jupiter herself!. However, Jupiter's spirit swears to be with the other
Senshi, watching over them in love. Lita does many things throughout the SailorMoon
series from season #1-Sailor Stars that are at the cost of her own well-being (or life),
but to her friends' benefit.
There are many things about Lita's person that many people may overlook, without
thinking. One is the fact that she admires Amara and Michelle for not only the people
they are, but the people they strive to be. This all begins in the SailorMoon S series
the Death Busters/Bureau of Bad Behavior saga. From Amara, Lita hopes to learn how to be
more focused and dedicated to the things that she may do. And from Michelle, Lita hopes
to learn how to be more of a graceful lady and carry herself in such a way that seems to
be "airy", "smooth", or "Princess-like". Another thing that's interesting about Lita is
the fact that she loves to cook and aspires to, one day, own a restaurant of her own,
where she can share her love of cooking with the world. Any chance she gets she fries, or
bakes something to share with Mina, Raye, Serena, and Amy at picnics, meetings, or study
group.
Lita accomplishes many things throughout the SM series which really benefit all of the
senshi as a whole. If someone whether it be the enemy, or some ignorant local begins to
bother one of her 4 friends Serena, Amy, Mina, or Raye, Lita is quick to defend her
friends, making the other person feel stupid for what they had done. No matter how you
try to look at it, Lita is an awesome friend and a very strong and powerful attribute to
the Inner Senchi.
