I live in an area near 2 parks. On long walks (1 1/2 hours or more) we will walk to Butcher Park, and on shorter walks (1/2 hour or more) we will walk around blocks and go to Houge Park. I always have my cell phone (unless it's dead) with me if you would like to check up on your dog during the walks.
