To qualify for a newbie pack you must meet these requirements:

1. Be a member of the guild for at least one week

2. Be active

To recieve a newbie pack just neomail xwitchhunterrobinx and she'll check to make sure you meet both requests and then set up a trade and neomail you back.

To recieve a birthday pack just put your birthday on the calander and on your b-day go to her trades and there will be a trade up for you.
