On Pokesirens
*Note: Some Pokesirens are friendly because they weren't able to finish them. Once caught they were will give advice on what to do and give special items.
*Note: All pokesirens are from Final Fantasy 9. They were originally monsters from the game and with much cooperation from Nintendo, were allowed to include them as pokesirens.
*If all 125 different kinds of pokesirens are caught and brought to justice, you het a special reward.
*Note: Once caught pokesirens act like normal monsters except woithout a pokedex entry.
*Note: Some pokesirens come with weapons and armor on.
*Note: Pokesirens have no evolutions.
Weapons
You can arm a pokemon waith a weapon if it is able to hold it, otherwise no weapon can be used. Physical Weapons boost physical attacks (swords, daggers, rapiers, maces, etc.). Magic Pokemon hold wands rather than Physical Weapons. This boosts their magic abilities and even dictates wat kind of Magic Move they can learn. Weapons also let the pokemon use their special technique and attack power.
Elemental Power (Weapons)
Using elemental spheres to power-up weapons with special new elemental properties (fire, grass, water, etc.) is a good idea. If you charge a weapon with a fire sphere and put this weapon with a fire type pokemon it will boost its fire attacks tremendously. Or have a water type use a ground power-up weapon to attack an electric type. It could be a good strategy.
Leveling-Up (Weapons)
Weapons level up just like pokemon. They gain exp. points after each battle. After each level gain, its attack or defense (or whatever) points increase and has a better chance of critical hits and double maneuvers.
Fusion of Weapons
You can fuse weapons and then therefore become stronger. The power of the first weapon fused with the defense of a second can make a deadly combination.
More Interesting Stuff
Cartoon Stone
There is an unique stone in the game called the Cartoon Stone. It makes the afflicted pokemon cartoony and therefore makes their defense go through the roof. It only lasts about 50 battles though.
Moogles
Moogles from the Final Fantasy games are throughout the game. They will help you fight in battle (just like any normal pokemon). However, Moogles also allow you to use tents, which are useful restoring your pokemon on the fly. There are 30 Moogles throughout the whole world. Can you find them all?
Chocobos
You can use Chocobos to go faster in places you couldn't with the bike. There able to dig with a minnie-game, and you can enter them in races for cash. One can be yours for a mere $50,000.

Fishing Minigame
In Pokemon Chronicles, you are allowed to fish, but fishing is different than in previous versions. You are instead given lures that help you fish and catch different types of pokemon. There are also three different types of rods that catch pokemon better. To fish, first you throw in the lure, wait for the pokemon to take the bait, than reel it in. Than you fight and/or catch it.
If you do not have a lure on your rod, you simply catch non-pokemon fish. I tell you about those later.
Rent a Boat
You can rent micro-boats in Pokemon Chronicles. It costs $10,000 to rent, and $50,000 to bye. Use boats to fish in large bodies of water. If you rent, you'll have to return the boat in 100 days.
Eco-System
There are eco-systems in this version of Pokemon. If you faint/catch too many predator pokemon, the herbivores will thrive. If you catch/faint too many harbivores, predators will also decline because there's no food, and Omnivores will become more abundant. However, if you catch too many Omnivores, things'll start to get dirty. Some advice would be to not hunt in one place too much.
