This Web Site has been established to further identify infringers of the Intellectual Property Rights of "James M. DeVone, Sr.". For many years, Mr. DeVone has invented "new and useful" products, having received several United States, German and Netherlands patents for the "Convertra-Bike-Top", an overhead structure that protects cycle riders from the rain and other inclement weather. This invention received International recognition, as it was also featured in "JET Magazine, Jan. 15, 1976.
On Jan. 15, 2003, after having brought to the attention of a buyer at "Taylor Gifts, Paoli, PA" that, on Dec. 26, 2002, he discovered proof of infringement of one of his products, by way of their catalog and internet dissemination of his "air pump" that "transfers" air, Mr. DeVone received an E-mail from "Taylor Gifts" notifying him that their company was not interested in selling his products. BECAUSE "TAYLOR GIFTS" IS SELLING "AIR SHARE", THE IDENTICAL REPLICA OF MR. DEVONE'S AIR PUMP, THAT COMPANY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THEIR VIOLATIONS OF HIS UNITED STATES CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Further, Mr. DeVone contacted the owner of the United States Trademark, which was issued for an "air 'transference' pump"(nomenclature developed by Mr. DeVone) in January, 2003, and he disclosed that he was unaware of the use of that "AirShare Trademark" in "Taylor Gifts Catalog", as Mr. DeVone told him of his claim and proof of inventorship of that air pump.
In 2001, Mr. DeVone discovered "SpareAir" in the files United States Trademark Office, and telephoned the North Carolina trademark owner, who had established a web site. But, after presenting this person with limited documentation and proof of his claims of inventorship, he relinquished this internet advertising space, stating that he had loss over $1 million.
On Jan. 10, 2003, it was discovered that the trademark applicant for "Share Air"(aka: "Spare Air") had abandoned his application, inasmuch as Mr. DeVone notified him of his infringement in 1996, and as he stated that he had invested over $2 million in the production of this product.
It is not known what the extent of investment of "time and money" was, with these alleged infringers. However, Mr. DeVone is the "Original Inventor" of that air pump, and authenicates his inventorship even with communications having been established with the United States Army Air Force Exchange Service(AAFES), being a Vietnam Era veteran, himself, and having been permenantly stationed at "North Atlantic Treaty Organization/Supreme Headquarters, Allied Powers, Europe(NATO/SHAPE) Command in Belgium.
This posted information will be abandoned, in due course, when current infringement "ceases and desists" and/or payment is received by the "Original Inventor" of that "Air pump that 'transfers' air", Mr. James M. DeVone, Sr.
